Dear Faculty and Students,
The University has come to the resolution to extend remote teaching to the end of this semester (June 25th). Final examinations, comprehensive examinations, and commencement ceremonies will be conducted online. Remote teaching is for formal courses and, in principle, no make-up classes shall be offered during this summer vacation. Dormitory residents may continue to stay in the dormitory as the University will not vacate the dormitories. The above measures are in response to the changes in the epidemic situation, care for the health of faculty, staff, and students, and ensure the continuity of teaching quality. Staff members are already divided into groups for working remotely, so the administration is operating as in normal times. Please take preventive measures to protect yourself.

1. All courses are changed into remote instruction, and instructors will announce the course information. Students may check the Teams system, and please make sure you have joined the teams for each course.

3. As the adaptive teaching approach, teachers have to adjust the assessment and criteria for the course.
4. All administrative teams remain the same operation, so teachers and students may contact the DAE office if needed.
5. Please reduce unnecessary outdoor activities, especially in places with high risks of infection and transmission.
