MCU 64th University Anniversary is to be postponed due to COVID-19

1. Due to the northern Taiwan COVID-19 cluster infection incidence, and in order to reduce the risk of infection due to a large gathering, the 64th University Anniversary celebration and the cheerleading dance competition will be postponed. 
2. During winter vacation, cheerleading dance practice in all departments should be canceled.
3. The University will adjust planning through a rolling management method based on epidemic status and will reschedule the events once the contagion is re-contained.
