2021-22 Spring Semester Online Course Selection Handbook
(1) Initial Selection: From December 13, 12:30 pm. Selection is conducted in stages according to the study year.
(2) Adding and dropping of initial selections: From December 27, 12:30 pm to December 29, 16:00 pm.
(3) Spring transfer student course selection (New student): The online Initial Course Selection will be on February 16, between 13:30 and 16:00. The online adding and dropping courses will begin from 12:30 pm on February 21 through 12:30 pm on March 2.
(4) Adding and dropping courses: From February 21, 12:30 pm to March 2, 12:30 pm. Selection is conducted in stages. For details concerning time and place, please see the Schedule for Course Selection and Fee Adjustments.
(5) Students who do not plan to take required courses or who have waived courses that are not yet deleted, or students who have selected a year-long elective, but don’t want to take the second semester of the course must first obtain their department director’s approval, then go to the Curriculum Section (or Taoyuan Campus Academic Affairs Section) December10-23 to have the course deleted.
(6) Students who wish to change the period for taking a required course, or wish to select minor, double-major, or pre-graduate courses, must get permission from the department director, and then go to the Curriculum Section (or Taoyuan Campus Academic Affairs Section) to have this data entered from February 17, 8:30 to 11:30 am. (excluding course overload request)
(7) For changes in course selection that result from canceled courses or courses divided into different class sections, students must go to the Curriculum Section (or the Taoyuan Campus Academic Affairs Section) to correct their course selection information on March 17-18. No application for correction will be accepted for any reason after March 18.
(8) Confirm the selected courses: From March 14 to March 24. Students who do not confirm the selected courses before the deadline will be regarded as accepting the selected courses.

C. Spring transfer student： From February 17, 12:30 pm until 17:00, the day prior to the online course selection.
On-site applications initially scheduled on Thursday, February 17, 2022 to process the change of class section for required courses, course selection for minors, double majors, and pre-requisite undergraduate courses for masters’ programs, are now all changed to use e-Form. Please complete the e-Form application starting from Monday, January 17, 2022 through Wednesday, January 19. 2022.

The Academic Affairs Division will collect all applications and then submit them to each department for further evaluation. Upon approval of the applications, the adding and/or dropping of courses will proceed. Please check the results that will be posted on your course schedule in the Student Information System starting at 16:00 on Thursday, February 17.
