As COVID-19 cases continue to escalate locally, to lower the risk of transmission, diplomas will be issued according to a dispersed schedule. The first-stage of diploma issuing for this semester is only for students taking all graduating class courses, and will start from June 7, 2021. Starting June 4, 2021, students can double check whether they meet the graduation requirements from the Graduation Self-Check System in the Student Information System and pick up their diplomas via one of the following methods:
1. In-person: Come to campus to collect your diploma according to the date and time in your University-Leaving Procedures.
2. Request others: Fill out the Authorization Form (Download the form from “FORMS” on the Academic Affairs Division webpage, give it to your representative, and have your representative come to school to collect your diploma according to the date and time stated in your University-Leaving Procedures.
3. Complete the Authorization Form for Diploma Release and Mailing Due to the Epidemic Period:
Download the form from “FORMS” on the Academic Affairs Division webpage and proceed accordingly.
4. Postpone Collection: Come to campus after July to collect your diploma, as the epidemic situation allows.
The diploma issuance for each stage after July will be adjusted according to the epidemic situation.
For masters’ and doctoral diplomas, issuance remains unchanged; diploma can be collected at any time. However, please have your department/ school secretary notify the Academic Affairs Division first regarding students’ collection dates / times.
