THE FLEXIBLE CERTIFICATION PLAN FOR 2020-21 AY GRADUATES AND STUDENTS IN EXTENDED STUDY PERIOD WHO CANNOT COMPLETE THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT BEFORE GRADUATION DUE TO THE COVID-19 EPIDEMIC.

Due to the special situation of the COVID-19 epidemic, only 2020-21 AY graduates and students in extended study period who cannot complete information technology proficiency assessment may choose to complete the following alternative tests to pass the information technology proficiency assessment:

Note: Please confirm program requirements for graduation with the Registrar of Academic Affairs Division (Taipei campus) or Taoyuan Academic Affairs Section.

Graduating Class Student (Students who entered in 2017; for those who entered in 2016 or before, please follow relevant procedures for students in the extended study period)

• Foreign students who cannot take tests in Mandarin 
  • ​Assigned questions: Complete the assigned questions (PPT) of the School of Information Technology; complete the required tasks of each session within the designated time, then zip the file of your answers and upload. Responsible personnel will review documents and scores will be calculated accordingly.
• Students who can take tests in Mandarin 
  • ​Office PPT tests are to be administered via Moodle Testing Center.

Students in the extended study period

• Office - all tests
  • Foreign students who cannot take tests in Mandarin
    • Assigned questions: Complete the assigned questions (PPT, Word, Excel; choose 2 from the 3) of the School of Information Technology; complete the required tasks of each session within the designated time, then zip the file of your answers and upload. Responsible personnel will review documents and scores will be calculated accordingly.
  • Students who can take tests in Mandarin 
    • Office PPT, Word, Excel tests (choose 2 from the 3) are to be administered via Moodle Testing Center.
• English Typing
  • Log into Cloud Classroom or install TQC typing practicing system, select split-screen mode. The test questions will be assigned by the School of Information Technology. Test time is 10 minutes and the passing standard is 15 words. Upload the screenshot after the test ends.
